Stir fry cabbage, bean sprouts, & carrots in 1 1/2 teas. oil until tender. (Set aside) Cook beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add to veggie mixture, stir in the onions, seeds, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, salt & pepper. Put 1 Tbls. filling in each wonton, and fry at 375* F, for 1-2 minutes each side until light brown or brown.
