Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, powder and salt into ungreased 8 X 8 inch pan. Add sugar and blend well. Make 3 holes - into one put vanilla, into another put vineager, and last hole put oil. Pour lukewarm water over all and mix well with a fork/spoon. Bake at 325 for 30 Min or until toothpick comes out clean. Don't turn out of pan, cool and ice with chocolate frosting. Serve with ice cream.
