California Tuna Salad

  1. In small bowl place drained tuna, onion, and cilantro. Squeeze lemon wedge over ingredients. Discard lemon wedge. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
