Linguini with clam sauce


"A pretty easy recipe which I make on average of once a week. Feel free to use fresh spices if you have them readily available. This recipe is also a terrific recipe to use as a base for other pasta dishes."

  1. 1. heat skillet to medium-low heat.
  2. 2. Add olive oil. Then add clams (and juice), parsley, basil, garlic, and white wine.
  3. 3. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until liquid greatly reduced.
  4. 4. While cooking sauce, prepare linguini as desired.
  5. 5. Drain pasta, toss, and top with romano cheese, salt, and pepper (to taste).
