  1. Cut up vegetables in bit sized pieces. Put in bowl. Cut up chicken in 1 inch pieces.
  2. In lg skillet or Wok heat oil with one clove of crushed or minced garlic and ginger. Add chicken and cook well removing the chicken when cooked through. Add vegetables to the pan and cook approx. 10 minutes. Add chicken again. Mix in 1/2 cup soy sauce, heaping spoonful chic boulion (or 2 cubes). Add 1/2 cup water. Then on the side mix 1/2 cup water with 2 heaping tsp corn starch. Add and bring to boil. Serve over rice.
