Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse kidney beans well and drain. Dice the green pepper and tomatoes. Add all vegetables and cooked rice into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Fill each tortilla with about 3/4 - 1 cup of the vegetable mixture. Wrap tightly and seal with a toothpick. Line each wrap up side by side. Add the remainder of the spaghetti sauce on top of the wraps and sprinkle with cheese.
