Preheat oven to 350. Place fillets in small glass baking dish. Tear tomatos into small pieces and sprinkle on top of fish pouring some of the juice on as well. Sprinkle on dill, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper. Bake 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. During the last 5 minutes of cooking I like to sprinkle a bit of shredded cheese on top and turn oven up to broil to makes a beautiful presentation. Serve with rice and fresh salad if desired.
