1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 round 9inch pans.
2.In a large mixer bowl combine dry ingredients. Add eggs,milk,oil and vanilla extract,beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.Remove from mixer,stir in bioling water(batter will be thin).Pour into prepared pans.Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake for 10 minutes in pans, then remove from pans and cool cakes completely. best if frosted with one-bowl buttercream frosting.
