  1. 1. lightly toast almonds and sesame seeds in butter and pinch of salt until brown.
  2. 2. combine both cabbages, green onions
  3. 3. to make dressing, thoroughly mix together the vinegar, oil, sugar, and the seasoning packet that comes with the ramen noodles.
  4. 4. mix the dressing, cabbage, and almond/sesame seeds together- the salad may be chilled or served room temperature
  5. 5. Mix in crushed ramen noodles right before serving to make it crunchy and fresh!
