  1. Bake pie shell at 350 for around 10 minutes till brown.
  2. Meanwhile, beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and tobasco sauce together.
  3. Add shredded cheeses and chopped onion to egg mixture.
  4. Pour into cooled pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, then turn off oven and leave for another 20 to 30 minutes.
