  1. For candied almonds, Combine almonds, sugar and water in fry pan over medium heat, stirring constantly
  2. - 5 minutes or more - until they are golden brown and candied. Turn them
  3. onto greased plate to cool. Then break into pieces.
  4. For dressing combine all ingredients in a jar with a tigh fitting lid and shake well.
  5. For the salad use a bag of well washed baby spinach, 1 1/2 cups of washed raspberries. Add dressing and then almonds last.
