  1. Place potatoes, chopped eggs, onion and celery in large mixing bowl. In seperate bowl combine together, Thousand Island dressing, mayonaisse,vinegar, sugar, mustard, relish, seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder until well blended. Pour dressing mixture over potato mixture and blend well. Transfer to container, sprinkle with paprika, cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
