  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles in 2 qts. water until just tender. Drain.
  3. Fry ground beef and chopped garlic. Drain any fats. Set aside.
  4. Combine sauce, tomatoes and wine. Boil on stove top and stir occas. for appx. 5 minutes.
  5. Using a nonstick or glass baking dish (6" X 8") coat with above sauce.
  6. Layer as follows: noodles, sauce, mozerella, parmesan, etc. using noodles three at a time.
  7. Top with remaining sauce and ground pepper.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
