  1. 1. Start boiling water. Once at a rolling boiling, add noodles.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in oil in large non-stick skillet over med-high heat until tender.
  3. 3. Add garlic and soy ground and stir until fully mixed.
  4. 4. When there is 5 mins left until the noodles are cooked, add frozen green beans to boiling water and pasta.
  5. 5. Add the wine, ketchup, dijon, worchestershire sauce and soup to the soy ground and vegetables mix. Mix well and heat through. Add broth until sauce is at desired consistency.
  6. 6. Reduce heat to simmer and add sour cream. Do not boil.
  7. 6. Once done, drain pasta and green beans and put in pasta bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
