"I love hummus, but some versions can be overwhelmed by the tahini. The flavor of this hummus is dominated more by the garbanzos and spices than the tahini. If you use chili powder that contains salt, reduce the amount of sea salt."

  1. Rinse garbanzo beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Add 3 tablespoons of the reserved liquid. Process until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.
