  1. Preheat Oven to 350.
  2. Combine All ingredients, except sugar, in a blender until smooth.
  3. On stove, melt sugar until liquid and pour into a 8 1/2 inch round baking pan.
  4. Fill a 9 x 11 x 2 baking dish half-way with hot water.
  5. Set the round pan, with the melted sugar inside the pan with the hot water.
  6. Pour the blended mixture into the round pan over the sugar.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. When complete, Flip the cake upside down onto serving plate. Serve warm or cool. It is excellent served with freshly whipped cream.
