2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and baking powder. Add in eggs, oil, and sour cream, then mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Bake less for chewy cookies and more for crispy cookies. Remove from oven and transfer cookies to wax paper. Let cool for 5 minutes.
