  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brown 4 slices of bacon in a pan. Drain bacon reserving fat in pan.
  3. Chop up the mushrooms and onion and sautee in bacon grease until soft (4-5 minutes). Remove mushrooms/onion mixture from stove and set aside to cool.
  4. Line a loaf pan with bacon slices, going across the bottom and up sides.
  5. In a mixing bowl blend ground meat, eggs, cheese, mustard, worchestershire sauce, ketchup, and garlic powder. Add the mushroom/oinion mixture to this mixture and combine well with hands.
  6. Take mixture and place in bacon lined loaf pan. Cover the loaf with remaining slices of bacon.
  7. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour.
