  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. 2. Using a muffin tin, place a slice of ham in each muffin cup in the shape of a cup.
  3. 3. Crack an egg in each cup.
  4. 4. Add one tsp. of heavy cream to each cup and sprinkle each cup with parmasan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. 5. Place muffin tin in a hot water bath and cook in the oven for 17 minutes or until the eggs are desired doneness.
