  1. wash fillets under cold water and pat dry.then place in a glass bowl and pour3/4 cup of marinade sauce on top,add 2/3 cup of water and mix.cover and place in fridge 8-12 hours.
  2. change marinade the next morning with same, then let marinade another 8 hours or so.light grillon high,sprinkle each side with a seasoning mix(salt pepper,paprika,celery,ect...)grill 5 min each side and serve ( mash potatoes,greens.
