  1. 1. Grease shallow baking dish or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. 2. In a small bowl combine soup and milk. Pour enough mixture into pan to coat bottom.
  3. 3. Place chicken in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Julienne ham and cheese slices and layer over chicken.
  5. 5. Sprinkle mushroom slices over top
  6. 6. Pour remaining soup mixture over top.
  7. 7. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  8. 9. Meanwhile, mix seasoned breadcrumbw with melted butter.
  9. 19.At end of first 20 minutes, top with
  10. buttered breadcrumbs and bake an additional 20 minutes.
