  1. Mix together all first 6 Ingred. then roll them into how ever size balls you want( little is better ) put on cookie sheet w/wax paper on it first.Then chill. While its chilling , start melting your chocolate chips along with the wax( chop wax up it melts easier) I would recommand a double boiler, use low to med heat...now take balls out of frig, place round tooth picks into each ball...then dip into chocolate and chill again...( I keep them in the frig in a ziploc bag , hey they last acouple of weeks )...now if you live in a cold climate and don't have the room in your frig to chill them, and its during x-mas , stick 'em outside to chill faster.
