  1. In large skillet melt butter, stir in brown sugar until melted. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook for one minute. Remove from heat, add raspberries, nuts, and lemon peel. Stir gently to coat. Top ice cream with raspberry mixture and serve immediately.
