  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix the bread crumbs and nuts.
  3. Place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x9x2-inch pan.
  4. Beat the eggs, condensed milk, pumpkin, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a med-sized mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the milk, butter, vanilla, rum extract, and rum.
  6. Pour over the bread crumbs.
  7. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
  8. A pan of water placed in the bottom of your oven will help keep the pumpkin moist.
  9. Amaretto Whipped Cream
  10. Beat the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a medium-sized chilled bowl until stiff and peaked.
  11. Fold in the ameretto.
  12. Keep chilled until served.
