May we suggest



  1. Brown the chicken and mushrooms in the oil.
  2. Mix in the broth and nutmeg; simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and cream in a small bowl.
  4. Slowly stir into the chicken mixture.
  5. Mix the butter and flour in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Add a little of this mixture at a time to the chicken mixture; stir constantly.
  7. Simmer until the sauce is thick.
  8. Remove from heat; add the lemon slices.
  9. POur over the noodles.
  10. Garnish with fresh mushrooms or lemon wedges.
