In skillet cook bacon till crisp. Remove bacon from pan. In bacon drippings add 1 stick of butter, onions and celery. Cook until tender. Place croutons in 9x13 baking dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over croutons. Spoon celery, onions, butter and bacon drippings over croutons. In a seperate bowl, stir together broth, soup and poultry seasoning till there are no lumps. Pour broth over croutons and stir. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until heated through. Increase or decrease amount of broth/soup mixture according to desired moistness.
