  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 2qt. baking dish (lasagna size). Slit 6 veggie hot dogs lengthwise and place in bottom of pan, flat side down.
  2. Pour baked beans in a separate bowl and add brown sugar. Mix well. Pour over the veggie dogs. You may need to take a spatula and spread the beans over the veggie dogs.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese in a light layer over the top.
  4. Open can of flaky biscuits. Peel layers from the biscuits and place them over the top of the cheese. Biscuit layers can overlap.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 to 28 minutes. The top of the biscuit layers that you have separated should be golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. It's messy to get the first serving out, but it's really a great way to use the veggie products.
  7. Note: Leftovers will keep in the fridge, and it's much easier to cut pieces out later and reheat in the microwave.
  8. Hope you enjoy!
