  1. 1. wash your meat or chicken
  2. 2. In a large pot, fill with water and allow to boil.
  3. 3. Add chicken or meat and allow to cook for at least 10-15 minutes as you skim the scum off the surface of the water.
  4. 4. add onion whole, tomato puree, and all the spices.
  5. 5. allow soup to cook until meat is tender.
  6. if water gets low, add more, but remember to spice it up again with more salt and pepper. no need to add more cardamon or mistika.
