  1. 1. Mix together oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. 2. Add sugar, flour, baking soda.
  3. 3. Combine well and then add crushed pineapples.
  4. 4. Pour into a recatangle pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
  5. Let cake cool before adding frosting.
  6. Frosting:
  7. 1. Let cream cheese and butter sit out of the fridge until well softened.
  8. 2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  9. 3. When well mixed, spread over cake.
  10. This recipe works well as cupcakes too.
