  1. 1. Cut onions, tomatoes and peppers in large
  2. chunks.
  3. 2. Clean mussels under cold water
  4. 3. Add butter, water, oil, Old Bay, peppers, tomatoes and onions into large sauce pan bring to boil uncovered and then reduce, stirring often. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. 4. Bring back up to slight boil and add mussels and cover.
  6. 5. Steam for about 5-6 minutes or until all mussels are openned. Stir full pot every 1-2 minutes to mix the flavor around.
  7. 6. Serve in a large pasta bowl and enjoy the mussels and juices!!!!
