1. Pre-heat over to 400F and cook pasta according to package directions meanwhile, fry bacon. I used a non-fat cooking spray, to cut down on the fat.
2. Heat alfredo sauce on the stove, and add bacon. Simmer til heated through.
3. When the pasta is done drain, and pour into a large bowl. Stir in alfredo, both soups, and mushrooms.
4. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish and add 1/2 the pasta.Sprinkle with half of both cheddar and asiago. Add the remaining pasta, and sprinkle with remaining cheese, and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Cover loosely with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Goes great with garlic bread.
