  1. Brown meat, onion and garlic in a large stock pot. If your stock pot is non-stick you need not add the oil unless you want to. After meat is browned, stir the pkt. of taco seasoning into the browned meat until thoroughly mixed. Add the remaining ingredients. Let cook for 30 minutes on medium heat or until all ingredients are warm.
