  1. 1. Cream butter. Combine grated cheese. Gradually add flour, sugar, cayenne, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Separate dough by three. Form into long rolls, about 1.5" in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 4-6 hours at least.
  3. 3. Slice dough into very thin biscuits and place 1 pecan on the top of each biscuit.
  4. 4. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
