1. Brown almonds & sesame seeds in NO oil. (you can purchase toasted nuts/seeds, if so omit this step)
2. Mix cabbage & onions in large bowl.
3. Just before serving, crumble uncooked noodles and add to cabbage and onions. Toss in toasted almonds & sesame seeds. Prepare dressing and pour over salad mixture.
(coleslaw mixture can be mixed with dressing, almonds and seeds ahead of time. It is better when the noodles are crunchy, but it is still good as a leftover salad the next day. Sometimes, I leave the noodles next to the salad and let people control the amount they want on their salad, either way, it's yummy)
