"My grandmother came up with this during the depression. She had a bunch of chicken parts but no bbq sauce, so she searched her pantry and came up with this one dish wonder. It's similar to sweet and sour; kids adore it! Prep and clean up are a breeze, and leftovers (if u have any) are just as good!"

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. In 9x13 pan, pour salad dressing, preserves and dry soup mix, stirring to combine. Place chicken pieces in pan, turning to coat with sauce. (Thighs can be propped on one edge to fit more pieces in. I have baked as many as 23 legs and thighs at once)
  3. 3. Bake 45-50 minutes until edges are bubbly and chicken tests done.

I love this and so do my kids!!!
