Cut avocados and tomatoes into long, Thick slices. Sprinkle each with very light salt.
Cook bacon in a large skillet, flipping often, until they have about one minute left to cook.
Drain bacon grease from skillet.
Lie bacon flat in skillet and place the 4 slices of swiss cheese accross. Cook until cheese has melted and slightly fried.
Slice baguettes in half, then slice open width-wise,leaving one edge intact.
Add tomatoes to the bottom part of baguettes (gently squeeze sandwich together to absorb excess tomato juice). Scrape a very small amount of spicy mustard on the top of the baguettes.
Take cheese-covered bacon right off the skillet and place onto each sandwich, 4 slices each. Finish by topping it off with avocado slices, equal to half an avocado per sandwich. Add pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
