  1. Steam broccoli florets for 30 seconds and immediately place in ice water (to stop cooking process) and then drain. Place broccoli, craisins, sunflower seeds and onion in medium glass bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and rice vinegar together. Pour over salad. Refrigerate @ least 2 hours preferrable overnight
