  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. If you don't already have cooked rice ready, cook your rice while you're cutting your vegetables. Mix beans, corn, green pepper, tomatoes, and rice in a large bowl.
  3. In a 13x9x2 casserole dish, spread half of jar of the spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan. Fill your wraps with the vegetable mixture. Hold them in place with toothpicks. Carefully place the wraps in casserole dish. Then spread the rest of the spaghetti sauce over the top of the wraps and add the cheese.
  4. This is an altered recipe from Betty Crocker. You can view Betty Crocker's recipe at The original recipe is called "rice and bean roll -ups" I used the original recipe first. My family and I didn't like the original ingredients, so I altered the recipe.
