  1. 1) Brew a strong pot of coffee (as little or as much as you'd like), transfer it to a pitcher, and refrigerate it for at least 5 hours.
  2. 2) Fill a glass or pitcher 3/4 of the way to the rim with ice cubes, add coffee, leaving space at the top for your milk.
  3. 3) Add milk and sugar (sugar is optional) to taste, mix thoroughly. Drink immediately.
