  1. Add spaghetti to rapidly boiling water.
  2. Wash and slice zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. Heat a pot with a small amount of oil in it.
  4. Add zucchini and any seasonings to pot.
  5. Cook until soft.
  6. Add sauce and water.
  7. Cook suace until it starts to boil, stirring often.
  8. Remove sauce from heat.
  9. Drain cooked spaghetti.
  10. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Garnish with grated cheese.
