  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 (?) baking pan. Melt chocolate, butter, and lime zest in a saucepan and stir often. After completly melted, set aside to cool
  2. Beat your egg in an electric mixer until thickened and foamy. Add vanilla, sugar, lime juice and the melted white chocolate/butter. Fold in flour. Pour into the greased pan.
  3. Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  4. Let cool and cut into desired size of bars.
