  1. Rinse and thoroughly dry baby shrimp.
  2. Place shrimp in a mixing bowl with dry ingredients and finely minced onion and celery.
  3. Mix in Mayonnaise to your desired consistency.
  4. Chill or serve at room temperature with assorted cocktail breads or crackers.
  5. You can adjust the dill, garlic and onion to your own liking.
  6. I like mine "dilly" ...
