  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. prepare lasagna noodles as per directions on package. Brown meat, then mix with sauce. In a seperate bowl combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and the egg. Mix well. Spray pan with a nonstick spray. Layer lasagna on pan then add a thin layer of the cheese egg mix. Then a thin layer of The sauce/meat mixture. Repeat until the last layer of lasagna noodles. Place the reaing sauce/meat mixture on top, no cheese mixture. Place in oven for 30-35 min. The last 5 min. spread the last cup of mozzarella cheese on the top. Remove from oven and let cool for about 20 min. then serve.
