  1. Peel shrimp I leave tail on, Put flour in one bowl, put egg and milk in another bowl, put bread crumbs ( I use white bread and throw in food processor with seasonings), and add all seasonings. Dip shrimp in flour then in egg and milk then in bread crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
