"Knowing that it is good to eat fish sometimes I have tried many different recipes. I found that most recipes are so messy - I dreaded making fish. After several tests I have finally found a way to make simple, affordable no mess fish that not only taste great but is healthy as well. My husband and kids love it and I am sure you and your family will too."

  1. Place thawed fish fillets (skin side up if there is skin) on a foil lined cookie sheet or use a broiler pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter in microwave and mix with Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle fillets with salt. Put flour in a tea sieve or in a powdered sugar shaker and sprinkle fillets with flour till lightly covered. With a spoon sprinkle the butter/Worcestershire sauce over and then sprinkle lightly with flour again. Turn fillets over and repeat the salt – flour – butter/worcestereshire sauce – flour layer. Tug thin ends under. Bake at 425 for 10 – 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
