In large skillet, saute the bacon until the fat has rendered out. Transfer bacon to crockpot. Cook onion and garlic in bacon fat until soft and just golden. Add to crockpot. Saute linguica until just browned and add to crockpot. Then, add the potatoes, zucchini, tomato sauce, wine, and spices to crockpot. Cook on high for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
