  1. Mix all meatball ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange meatballs in a large, shallow baking pan. Bake in 500 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove meatballs, use or refreigerate or freeze. To freeze, place meatballs in a freezer bag, squeeze out excess air and store in freezer up to 6 months.. For the sauce combine grape or apple jelly, chilli sauce and soy sauce and cook for two minutes untill well blended. Pour over meatballs and devour!!!!!!
