Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the chicken in a large roasting pan. Put the margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat, and let it start to melt. When it is about halfway melted, add the remaining ingredients. Stir until the margarine is completely melted and all the ingredients are well blended. Pour over the chicken. Bake for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until the chicken is done (about 170 degrees with an instant thermometer) and browned.
