  1. 1. Brown ground beef & drain.
  2. 2. In large sauce pan or stock pot, combine ground beef, macaroni (but not cheese), tomato soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, & sugar.
  3. 3. Fill each of the soup, sauce & paste cans with water & add to the mixture.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to med-high & cook app. 10 minutes or until noodles are fully cooked. Stir frequently (noodles tend to stick easily).
  6. 6. Add both pouches of powdered cheese from mac & cheese & sliced American cheese.
  7. 7. Stir until cheese is melted & serve!
