Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Whisk thoroughly. Add whipping cream to flour mixture and stir to combine ingredients. Knead with hands for 30 seconds. Turn out on a floured surface and roll to 1/2" thick. Cut biscuits with round drinking glass of desired size or round cookie cutter. Place biscuits in round cake pan, not touching each other. Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden brown on top. Serve with butter and honey.
